Refund policy
According to current legislation (OUG 34/2014), cosmetic or consumable products (including eyelash extension products) cannot be returned after opening, for hygiene and health protection reasons.
Due to the nature of the products we sell, we do not accept returns, except in cases where:
- The product was delivered incorrectly
- The product has visible manufacturing defects
In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package at office@oasislash.com, along with relevant photos. Claims submitted after this period will not be considered.
